This is a members only event which is free to attend. To help us to order the correct amount of food, please complete one form for each member who wishes to attend the AGM at Misty Waters, Lloc, Holywell CH8 8RQ. 7 pm start. Complimentary food, with vegetarian options, will be provided. Members will need to buy their own drinks. Presentation of the dressage and show jumping league trophies will be made in addition to the election of the clubs officials & presentation of the clubs annual reports from the chair, treasurer & other members of the committee.
If you are thinking about joining the committee please feel free to approach any of the existing committee members with any questions ahead of the AGM, an open invitation to join the committee will be issued during the AGM and new committee members will be very welcome.
